The sea freight department of E.L.Sibbles Limited is split into two areas – North America and the rest of the world. This reflects the fact that the company has substantial business, both import and export, with the USA and Canada. Over the years, the company has signed service contracts with many of the major shipping lines dealing with North America. This has meant that the company has had security of service whilst being able to offer customers highly competitive freight rates coupled with excellent service.

As a company we are able to offer worldwide consolidation and full load sea freight services. We have services to all major areas including The Middle East, Far East, Australasia, South America, Africa and North America. The majority of these services operate on a weekly basis/

We can offer collection services, both locally and nationally, and undertake documentation, legalisation and consular services on behalf of our customers. The company has invested extensively in computer systems and can undertake customs formalities on behalf of our customers, having web and e-mail access to H M Customs.

Through our network of port agents we can undertake customs clearance formalities at all major UK ports.

Similarly we have a network of agents throughout the world with whom we work with closely, especially in North America and China. We are able, through them, to assist our customers with regard to local customs formalities and procedures and help answer any queries that may occur.
