AIRFREIGHT

The company has had its own airfreight department now for over thirteen years. We are a DETR listed security agent which means that we can deal with both cargo that has come from “known” customers – those that have been approved by a DETR listed assessor – and “unknown” cargo – other cargo.

We operate our own air freight collection vehicle which enables us to exercise complete control over cargo that we collect for air freight shipment and also cargo that we collect for sea and road freight. We also have a network of approved hauliers that can carry both “known” and “unknown” cargo.

We offer highly competitive freight rates for air freight as we deal directly with all major airlines as well as major consolidators. Our staff are highly experienced and have been in the airfreight industry for many years.

We offer services worldwide and for many countries, especially the USA through our network of local agents, we can offer door/door rates and can undertake local customs formalities, including the payment of duties and local taxes.

Similarly, through our agents in China we can offer competitive import rates on air freight shipments, including collection and documentation.

All business is transacted in accordance with the Standard trading conditions of the British International Freight Association (2005 edition)
which are printed on the reverse of our invoices.
